Men's Mental Health Support

Providing affordable one-to-one men's mental health and wellbeing support in Norwich and across the county of Norfolk.

  • Relationship troubles?
  • Home stresses?
  • Workplace stresses?
  • Money problems?
  • Personal conflicts?
  • Mental health issues?
  • Low self-esteem?
  • Difficult or traumatic life events?
  • Disability challenges?
  • Bereaved or suffering a loss?

Would you like someone to talk to, independent of friends, family and working colleagues? Would you feel more comfortable talking to a fellow male?

"Men are less likely to disclose mental health issues or seek help due to stigma, fear of judgment, and societal expectations of masculinity."

Don't struggle in silence!

If you are struggling to cope, and want someone independent of friends, family and working colleagues to talk to, then please contact me. I don't provide a 24/7 crisis telephone help line service (click here for a directory of groups and organisation that you can call if you want to talk over the phone), but provide a private one-to-one meet up across Norfolk.

"Three out of four suicides are men!"

Talking through stuff really can help!

I charge just £25.00 per session within Norwich greater ring-road, and £35.00 per session outside. We can talk informally at your home, or convenient and safe outside place, e.g. a park, café etc. I am not a counsellor, and therefore don't provide counselling services, just an attentive, compassionate listening ear, and the desire to help and support you through your difficulties and challenges, and back onto the path of positivity and recovery.
